A founding partner of Jett Capital and Casmir Capital, and responsible for more than USD $10 billion in sales transactions, Dov leads ADI Capital’s strategic growth initiatives through disciplined investment strategy, strong financial leadership, and an extensive network of global partnerships and relationships.

An experienced entrepreneur and investor with more than two decades of international real estate and business experience, Avi Samuels is deeply committed to making a lasting impact across Israel. The Samuels family founded Shalva, and Avi continues his family’s philanthropic legacy through active leadership and community involvement. A passionate Zionist and proud oleh, Netanel Wiener brings a rare depth of personal conviction to his role at Adi Capital. Having made aliyah from New Jersey and served two years on the front lines in Gaza and Lebanon, Netanel understands firsthand what it means to be invested in Israel’s future. Specializing in connecting the Jewish diaspora to the Israeli real estate market, he works with family offices, entrepreneurs, and community leaders across the US, UK, and beyond – helping them turn their connection to the land into a tangible, meaningful stake in its growth.
Alex Charbit

Originally from France and proudly Israeli since 1997, Alex Charbit holds a Bachelor’s degree in Education and Psychology from the Open University of Israel. As Office Manager at Adi Capital and Personal Assistant to Avi and Dov, she plays a key role in supporting executive leadership and ensuring the organization runs smoothly. Known for being highly organized, proactive, and solution-oriented, Alex believes there is always a way forward and thrives on being the person who finds it.
